The student of CHUSS realize there is too much misunderstanding amongest the student and staff in this institution about what the college system stands for, relevancy to the community and its strengths and limits in terms of automomy and its clear boundaries from the center and other former structures. Aganist such a background, we feel it's worthwhile to create an avenue to address such questions and worries that still fill up so many people's minds especially students through a public dialogue.
