Graduate Students' Validation Form

Dear Faculty and Graduate students,

We (Quality Assurance Directorate and DRGT) have embarked on tracking the progression of Graduate Students to enable any possible support during and after the COVID 19 lockdown. As you are aware, the prolonged closure of the University and a shift to remote learning, a key question posed to us is who is progressing well and who needs our assistance and intervention? We need a contingency plan will also be developed in the event of technology issues.

In this regard, we request all Graduate students to fill the Validation

The data derived from the Validation Form will help us design appropriate coping strategies aimed at better student progression, certification, qualification and graduation, thus inducing critical lifelong consequences on the students’ progression.

NB: Supervisors and Senior Faculty should ensure that all Graduate Students under your supervision have completed the Form.
