It is with great pride that I present the CHUSS Annual Report for the academic year 2024–2025. I extend warm congratulations and appreciation to our staff, students, government partners, development agencies, alumni, and other stakeholders for your
unwavering support and collaboration, which have been central to the College’s continued growth, academic excellence, and societal impact. This year has been marked by remarkable achievements, innovative initiatives, and milestones that reflect our shared commitment to advancing knowledge, leadership, and community engagement.
In teaching and learning, CHUSS sustained its tradition of excellence by offering a wide range of diploma, undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programmes to a vibrant and diverse student population. Structured orientations for new students, doctoral fellows, and special cohorts such as cadet officers, alongside inclusive pedagogy, creative labs, industry engagement, and peer mentorship, strengthened academic preparedness and confidence. Internship programmes, alumni involvement, and ongoing curriculum reviews and accreditation ensured relevance, quality, and responsiveness to national and global demands. These initiatives produced graduates equipped with critical knowledge, professional competencies, and the capacity to contribute meaningfully to society, national development, and the global knowledge economy.
