Moses Lukwago holds a PhD in Education Management, Planning and Administration, a Degree of Master of Arts, Bachelor of Arts (Arts) in English Language Studies and Linguistics respectively and a Diploma in Secondary Education. He has taught at all levels of Education-Nursery, Primary, Secondary, college and now Makerere University
