On 19th January 2012, Makerere University will host H.E Thabo Mbeki, former President of the Republic of South Africa. H.E Thabo Mbeki will be giving a public Question and Answer session in the Main Hall of Makerere University starting at 6:00pm. The theme will be "Africa and the World: Intervention and Reform."
The public event will be hosted by the Ag. Vice Chancellor of Makerere University, Professor Venansius Baryamureeba and chaired by Professor Mahmood Mamdani, the Executive Director of Makerere Institute of Social Research (MISR).
