The Principal College of Humanities and Social Sciences, Prof. Edward K. Kirumira, is attending a European Union funded Consortium meeting in Lisbon, Portugal. The two-day meeting started today, Thursday, 4th September and will end tomorrow, Friday, 5th September, 2014. He will give a keynote address during the opening ceremony tomorrow.
He travelled with Dr. Denis Muhangi from the Department of Social Work & Social Administration who is coordinating the Makerere component of the Program that funds a Masters with Social Work of Families and Children managed by four Universities including Makerere University.
