A Workshop on Agricultural Planning for Small-Scale Farmers in East Africa

Village Enterprise and Makerere University cordially invite you to:

5 Acres or Less Workshop

Five Acres or Less will utilize an innovative, hybrid platform to ensure maximal benefit accrues not just to the small scale farmers who we hope to better serve following this event, but also to those organizations that participate with us in this endeavor. The format of the workshop will blend formal presentation of cutting-edge research conducted by thought-leaders on subjects such as agricultural productivity, mAgriculture (mobile Agricul-ture IT tools), micro-level best practice farming techniques, and poverty alleviation with smaller, more focused break-out sessions where attendees can workshop solutions to a variety of adversities faced by micro-farmers from the Village Enterprise program who will also be in attendance.

Please Note:

All travel and conference costs will be covered.
