Brief:
The student photo exhibition is a result of a partnership between Uganda Press Photo Award and the Department of Journalism and Communication to tackle the development of photojournalism and visual literacy within the department.
This has been a year long project supported by Culture atWork and the European Union to:
support the teaching and training of photojournalism;
provide students with critical thinking, visual literacy and research techniques
deepen technical and practical understanding of photography.
The Exhibition will run from the 4th - 28th, Feb 2021. The Principal of CHUSS will officiate the opening ceremony and a delegation from the EU will grace the occasion.
